How print‑on‑demand works

• Products are printed only after an order is placed.

• Each item is made specifically for the customer and is not mass‑produced or held in stock.

• Production typically begins immediately after payment is confirmed.

Because of this production model, all sales are considered final, except in cases of manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.

Shipping

• Shipping times and costs vary depending on destination and product type.

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to production time, shipping carriers, or customs processing.

• I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond my control.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the on‑demand nature of the products:

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for wrong size, color choice, or change of mind.

• Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

• damaged,

• misprinted,

• or incorrect,

please contact me within 7 days of delivery, including clear photographs of the issue. Valid claims will be handled according to Printful’s replacement or refund policy.

Once approved, the item will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

Intellectual Property & Anti-Theft Notice

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all designs, artworks, prints, and visual concepts remain the exclusive intellectual property of Päivi Luoma.

You may not:

• copy, steal, trace, reproduce, or resell the design or idea as your own,

• use the design or concept as inspiration for competing products,

• upload or input the design, artwork, or product images into any AI system, generator, or training dataset,

• recreate or derive similar designs using artificial intelligence or other automated tools.

Any such actions — including idea theft, unauthorized reproduction, resale, or AI-based use — constitute a violation of these Terms and applicable intellectual property laws.

Products are artistic works. Minor variations in color, scale or placement may occur due to print-on-demand production.

By placing an order or engaging in services, you agree to these Terms of Service, including all intellectual property, AI usage, and fulfillment policies outlined above.
